Which cleaning should I book?
House cleaning is for homes that are already kept up. Deep cleaning is a one-time reset for homes that need more attention, and it's where we'd start if it's been a while. Move-in and move-out cleaning is for empty homes. Post-construction cleaning handles renovation dust, and Heavy-Duty Cleanup is for homes that need junk removal before a deep clean. Not sure? How much does house cleaning cost in Philadelphia?
Every cleaning is custom quoted to fit your home. Your price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows it before you submit. Prefer a set price? The x98 Specials are two cleaning professionals for 2 hours at $198, 3 hours at $298 or 4 hours at $398.
How does PhillyCare+ work?
PhillyCare+ is a 3-visit introductory plan. Visit 1 includes the deep-clean upgrade, then visits 2 and 3 are recurring cleanings. Complete all 3 visits to keep the discounted first-clean price. If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due. After visit 3, there's no long-term contract.
Who cleans my home, and will I get the same cleaner each time?
Philly's Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support.
Do you clean outside Philadelphia?
Yes, in Pennsylvania. We clean every Philadelphia neighborhood and the Pennsylvania suburbs within about 30 miles of Center City, in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties. We clean in Pennsylvania only.
How do I get my rowhome ready?
